Embodied Meditation and Self-Inquiry - Open gathering all are welcome

I have been hearing from several people these days that they just want to be seen and heard by others. They want others to meet them where they are, get them, understand them, love them. I am curious what happens when we turn this desire back onto ourselves - when we are truly able to give ourselves what we are longing for from the outside world..
We plan to gather on Saturday August 7th from 10 -11:30 am Mountain time to discover how we avoid seeing and hearing ourselves, and what happens when that stops.
