Psilocybin and SSRIs: A Talk with Dr. Erica Zelfand, ND
As you saw in my last post, I am honored to be playing a role in the new Psilocybin Facilitator Training with The Leela School of Awakening in Ashland Oregon. Through collaboration and receptivity, many resources are coming my way & I want to share one in particular that I am loving.
I love the way the brain works - I have been fascinated with the workings of this organ since being diagnosed with hydrocephalus at age 17, and I was fortunate to study Neuroscience in college. With the evolving potential of psilocybin use for mental/ emotional/ physical health support and support for awakening from the trance of egoic identity, I am feeling called to understand more deeply the mystery of how the brain responds to this sacred plant medicine.
